Established in 1980, we are a local, women-owned business dedicated to providing reliable, top-tier portable restroom rentals and sanitation services. With over four decades of experience, we understand that every site and event has unique needs, and we pride ourselves on delivering customized solutions with exceptional customer service.
Our Services Include:
- Construction & Job Sites: Durable, heavy-duty portable toilets designed for construction, repair, and remodeling sites.
- Special Events: Pristine, "construction-free" special units perfect for weddings, birthdays, and family gatherings. These units arrive spotless, ready to use, and fully stocked with hand sanitizer and seat covers.
- Holding Tanks & Pumping: Comprehensive sanitation management, including office trailer holding tank rentals, espresso tank pumping, and general pump-outs for holding tanks up to 400 gallons.
- RV Pumping Services: Professional pumping for your RV. (Please note: This service requires advance scheduling, and an adult must be present on-site during the service).

CONSTRUCTION
Unit with Twice-A-Month Service: $97.00
This is normal for a single construction site. (Building or remodeling of one dwelling)
Unit with Weekly Service: $107.00
Typical for a site that has 10 or more people on site per week.
Owners Units: $75.00
Prices can change depending on use
Delivery Fees: $25.00 and Up
If delivered on the day we are in the area (pre-set date), the fee is $25.00. Emergency delivery or delivery on day we are not in the area: $45.00 and up
RV PUMPING
An appointment has been scheduled with the office. $100.00

SPECIAL EVENT UNITS
Weekend events are a Friday delivery and a Monday pick-up. Feel free to call us about different options.
Our Specials: $185.00
This unit comes with hand sanitizer & seat covers provided. We have two different colors to choose from. Our pink specials are made for women, as they do not have a urinal installed. Our Grey (Pewter) units have urinals installed in them that can not be removed.
ADA Units: $205.00
Units include hand sanitizer & seat covers. These units have a smaller holding tank to make more room inside for maneuverability, walkers, wheelchairs, etc.
Hands Washing Station: $225.00
This is an outdoor standalone sink unit; it is not covered. Comes equipped with water, soap & paper towels. Garbage receptacles will need to be provided by you
